Indonesia's Excelcomindo Pratama buys back $3.64 million 7 1/8% guaranteed notes due 2013

Knoxville, Tenn., April 20 - PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk. said it repurchased and cancelled $3.64 million of its 7 1/8% guaranteed notes due 2013.

The notes were issued by Excelcomindo Finance Co. BV and guaranteed by Excelcomindo Pratama.

Following the repurchase, there is approximately $124.07 million of the notes outstanding.

Excelcomindo Pratama is a cellular telephone operator based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
