Moody's ups Excelcomindo to positive view

Moody's Investors Service said it revised the outlook to positive from stable on Excelcomindo Finance Co. BV's Ba3 foreign-currency senior unsecured bond rating. The bond is irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by PT Excelcomindo Pratama. Moody's also said it affirmed Excelcomindo Pratama's Ba2 local-currency corporate family rating.

The outlook remains stable.

This action follows Moody's decision to revise the rating outlook on Indonesia's Ba3 foreign-currency sovereign ceiling to positive.
