Henderson gives details for new All Asset Fund that launches March 30

By Toni Weeks

San Diego, March 27 - Henderson Global Funds said it will launch its new All Asset Fund on March 30, according to a 497K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The fund will launch with class A, class C and class I shares, which will trade under the symbols HGAAX, HGACX and HGAIX, respectively.

The fund will seek total return by investing with a flexible allocation approach in a broad range of traditional asset classes, including equity and fixed-income investments, as well as in alternative asset classes, including real estate, commodities, currencies, private equity and absolute return strategies.

Bill McQuaker and Chris Paine are the portfolio managers.

Shareholder fees consist of a 5.75% maximum sales charge for class A shares and a 1% maximum deferred sales charge for class C shares.

Management fees will be 0.4%. Along with other various fees, and taking into account an expenses limitation agreement with the adviser, total annual fund operating expenses are expected to be 1.65% for class A, 2.4% for class C and 1.4% for class I shares. The expenses limitation agreement limits ordinary operating expenses to 0.6% of the fund's average daily net assets and expires July 31, 2015. It does not include distribution and/or service fees or acquired fund fees and expenses.

Hartford-based Henderson Global Investors (North America) Inc. serves as the investment adviser to the fund.
