Atlanta, April 15 - Russia's Evraz Group SA sold $1 billion 6½% notes due April 22, 2020 at par to yield 6½%, a market source said.
The notes were talked at a yield in the 6¾% area.
ING, JPMorgan and UBS were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
The proceeds will b used to refinance existing debt, according to a company announcement.
Evraz Group is a Moscow-based steel producer.
