Evergreen International $225 million seven-year notes talked at 11¾%-12%, pricing Thursday

St. Louis, May 7 - Price talk is 11¾%-12% on Evergreen International's upcoming sale of $225 million seven-year senior secured second lien notes (B-), according to a market source.

The deal is expected to price on Thursday morning.

Morgan Stanley is the bookrunner. Merrill Lynch & Co. and PNC are co-managers.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt.

The issuer is an air cargo shipping firm headquartered in McMinnville, Ore.
