Evergreen on the road with $225 million seven-year deal

St. Louis, May 5 - Evergreen International is on the road to promote a $225 million offering of senior secured second lien notes due 2010, according to a market source.

The roadshow began May 1 and is expected to finish on May 8.

Morgan Stanley is the bookrunner. Merrill Lynch & Co. and PNC are co-managers.

Proceeds from the seven-year non-call-four deal will be used to repay debt.

The air cargo shipping firm is headquartered in McMinnville, Ore.
