Fitch rates Evergrande Real Estate notes BB+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a final rating of BB+ to the $750 million notes due 2015 issued by Evergrande Real Estate Group Ltd.

This follows the completion of the issue and the receipt of documents conforming to information already received.
