EV Energy files automatic shelf registration covering debt securities

Knoxville, Tenn., March 3 - EV Energy Partners, LP and EV Energy Finance Corp. jointly filed a common units and debt securities automatic shelf registration in an S-3 ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will be used for general partnership purposes.

Based in Houston, EV Energy is engaged in the exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas properties.
