Moody’s gives Ba3 to Eutelsat notes
Moody’s Ratings said it gave Ba3 ratings to Eutelsat SA’s planned €600 million senior unsecured notes due 2029 and assigned a Ba3 rating to the €600 million senior unsecured bond due in October 2028.
The agency also affirmed the Ba3 corporate family rating and the Ba3-PD probability of default rating of Eutelsat Communications SA and affirmed the Ba3 ratings of Eutelsat’s outstanding senior unsecured bonds due in October 2025 and July 2027.
The proceeds will be used to partially refinance Eutelsat's €800 million of senior unsecured notes due October 2025.
The outlook remains negative.
