EuroTel to redeem 11¼% notes

New York, March 2 - EuroTel Bratislava said its Slovak Wireless Finance Co. BV subsidiary will redeem all its 11¼% senior guaranteed notes due 2007 on March 30.

The redemption price will be 105.625% of par.

Currently there are €160 million of the notes outstanding.

Funding for the redemption will come from a new credit facility obtained by EuroTel.

EuroTel is a Bratislava, Slovakia, telecommunications company.
