New Issue: Citigroup prices $850,000 equity-linked notes tied to index, fund

Chicago, Sept. 3 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $850,000 of autocallable contingent coupon equity-linked securities due Feb. 10, 2027 tied to the worst performing of the Euro Stoxx Banks index and the United States Oil Fund, LP, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes will pay a monthly coupon at an annualized rate of 9.3% if the closing value of the worst performing underlier on the relevant valuation date is greater than or equal to its 70% coupon barrier value.

If on any valuation date after a year the closing value of the worst performing underlying is greater than or equal to its initial value, the notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon.

If each underlier finishes at or above 80% of initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the decline of the worst performing underlier beyond the 20% buffer.
