New Issue: JPMorgan sells $540,000 autocallable contingent interest notes on Stoxx, Latin ETF

Chicago, Nov. 7 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $540,000 of autocallable contingent interest notes due Nov. 2, 2022 linked to the lesser performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares Latin America 40 ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 6.65% if each asset closes at or above its coupon barrier level, 65% of its initial level, on the review date for that quarter.

The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if each asset closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date other than the first and final ones.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the final contingent coupon unless either asset finishes below its 65% trigger level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse-performing asset.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
