JPMorgan plans uncapped buffered equity notes linked to Stoxx

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% uncapped buffered equity notes due March 30, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, subject to a contingent minimum return of 33.5%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to the 15% buffer and will be exposed to any loses beyond the buffer.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Sept. 25.

The Cusip number is 48132FKD7.
