GS Finance to price autocallables linked to Euro Stoxx 50 index

Tacoma, Wash., Sept. 16 – GS Finance Corp. plans to price 0% autocallable notes due Oct. 3, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus 10% per year if the index closes at or above its initial level on Sept. 28, 2020 or Sept. 27, 2021.

If the notes are not called and the index return is positive or zero, the payout at maturity will be par plus 30%. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 25% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 25%.

The notes will be guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will price Sept. 26.

The Cusip number is 40056XDD5.
