New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1 million buffered PLUS linked to Stoxx, S&P basket

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 10 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due March 8, 2024 linked to a basket containing equal weights of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the return of basket is greater than or equal to its initial value, the payout will be par plus 148% of the basket return.

If the basket falls by up to 25%, the payout will be par.

If the basket falls by more than 25%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the basket beyond 25%.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
