New Issue: JPMorgan prices $700,000 uncapped dual directional buffered notes on ETF, index

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $700,000 of uncapped dual directional buffered return enhanced notes due Aug. 31, 2021 linked to the lesser performing of the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund and Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.4 times the lesser performing underlying return if both underliers finish above their initial values.

If either index declines, but not more than 15%, investors will receive the absolute value of the index return of the lesser performing underlier.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the losses of the worst performer beyond the 15% buffer.
