Citigroup plans buffered jump securities linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Tacoma, Wash., May 21 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% buffered jump securities due Nov. 30, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 30.6%. If the index declines by 10% or less, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is a dealer.

The notes will price May 24.

The Cusip number is 17327P625.
