New Issue: JPMorgan sells $757,000 three-year notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., May 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $757,000 of 0% notes due April 29, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index gain.

If the index finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par plus the index return, subject to a floor of 95% of par.

The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
