New Issue: UBS sells $322,000 trigger autocallable notes linked to Stoxx, EM ETF

Columbus, Ohio, March 29 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $322,000 of 0% trigger autocallable notes due April 12, 2023 linked to the lesser performing of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called at par plus 12.5% per annum if each asset closes at or above its call level, 90% of its initial level, on any annual observation date.
If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless either asset finishes below the 70% downside threshold, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performing index.
