New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $500,000 market-linked notes tied to basket of three indexes
Chicago, March 20 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $500,000 of 0% market-linked notes due April 20, 2023 linked to an equally weighted basket of the S&P 500 index, the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the Tokyo Stock Price index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain. If the basket finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par.
