New Issue: JPMorgan prices $770,000 notes due 2024 tied to basket of three indexes

Columbus, Ohio, March 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $770,000 of notes due Feb. 29, 2024 linked to a basket of equally weighted indexes, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The basket consists of the Russell 2000 index, the S&P 500 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, each with a 33.33% weight.
If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 100% of any basket gain. If the basket falls or is flat, investors will receive par.
