New Issue: Barclays sells $1.25 million three-year notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 28 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.25 million of 0% notes due Feb. 28, 2022 linked to Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.3 times the gain.
If the index falls by up to 5%, the payout will be par plus the index return.
If the index falls by more than 5%, investors will receive 95% of par.
