Citigroup plans buffered digital plus notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 27 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% buffered digital plus securities due April 1, 2024 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the return and the digital return of at least 50%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
The notes will price on March 26.
The Cusip number is 17326YW69.
