New Issue: JPMorgan sells $8.3 million buffered PLUS linked to index basket

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $8.3 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Nov. 4, 2020 linked to a basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The basket consists of the S&P 500 index with a 50% weight, the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 17.5% weight, the Topix index with a 17.5% weight and the MSCI Emerging Markets index with a 15% weight.
If the basket finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 150% of the gain, capped at par plus 20.75%.
If the basket falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to any basket decline beyond 10%.
