New Issue: JPMorgan sells $3.83 million digital equity notes linked to Euro Stoxx

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 4 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.83 million of 0% digital equity notes due July 29, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be the greater of the threshold settlement amount, $1,324 per $1,000 of notes, and par plus the index return.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
