JPMorgan plans autocallable buffered equity notes tied to Stoxx 50

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% autocallable buffered equity notes due Dec. 23, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes will be called at par plus a call premium of 12.22% to 14.34% per year if the index closes at or above the initial level on Jan. 2, 2020 or Dec. 21, 2020.
If the index gains or remains flat, the payout at maturity will be par plus 36.66% to 43.02%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1.1765% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Dec. 21.
The Cusip number is 48130WLL3.
