Chicago, Dec. 14 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.91 million 0% notes due Nov. 30, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the underlying index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 135% of the gain.
If the asset falls, the payout will be par plus the return with a minimum payout of 95% of par.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
