JPMorgan plans contingent buffered notes tied to EAFE fund, Stoxx 50

Chicago, Oct. 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% contingent buffered return enhanced notes due Oct. 31, 2023 linked to the lesser performing of the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each underlying asset finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus at least 2.6 times the gain of the worse performing asset.
If either asset falls by up to its 50% contingent buffer, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performing index or fund.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will price on Oct. 26.
The Cusip number is 48130U2H7.
