Morgan Stanley plans five-year buffered PLUS with no cap on Stoxx 50

Chicago, Sept. 11 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Sept. 28, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 245% to 255% of any index gain, with the exact leverage factor to be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The notes will price on Sept. 25.

The Cusip number is 61768DDT9.
