BMO plans five-year par-protected notes with leverage, no cap on Stoxx

Chicago, July 11 – Bank of Montreal plans to price 0% notes due July 31, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 142.5% of any index gain.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
BMO Capital Markets Corp. is the agent.
The notes will price on July 26 and settle on July 31.
The Cusip is 06367T6W5.
