New Issue: Citigroup prices $2.26 million market-linked notes on fund, two indexes

Columbus Ohio, May 25 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.26 million of 0% market-linked notes due May 27, 2021 linked to a basket of two indexes and an exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The basket consists of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, the S&P 500 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the basket return, with a maximum payout of 130% of par and a minimum payout of 90% of par.
If the basket falls, the payout will be par.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
