New Issue: Barclays sells $1.21 million three-year notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., May 2 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.21 million of 0% notes due April 29, 2021 linked to Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

A knock-out event occurs if the index closes at or above its barrier level, 145% of the initial level, on any day during the life of the notes.

If a knock-out event has occurred, the payout at maturity will be par plus a digital return of 30%.

If a knock-out event has not occurred and the index finishes above its initial level, the payout will be par plus the index gain.

If a knock-out event has not occurred and the index finishes at or below its initial level, the payout will be par.
