New Issue: GS Finance sells $900,000 three-year index-linked notes on Euro Stoxx

Morgantown, W.Va., April 30 – GS Finance Corp. priced $900,000 of 0% index-linked notes due April 15, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return.
Investors will receive par if the index declines.
Goldman Sachs & Co. is the underwriter with JPMorgan as placement agent.
