JPMorgan to price five-year leveraged notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., March 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% notes due March 27, 2023 linked to Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus an additional amount. The additional amount is equal to 1.31 times the index return, subject to a floor of zero. The exact participation rate will be at least 131% and will be set at pricing.

The strike price is the closing level on March 20.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on March 22.

The Cusip number is 48129MFA9.
