New Issue: Barclays prices $4.48 million buffered SuperTrack notes on Stoxx 50

Chicago, March 13 – Barclays Bank plc priced $4.48 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Feb. 28, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.75 times any gain in the index.
If the index falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 30%.
