New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $835,000 autocallable securities on Russell, Stoxx

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 30 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $835,000 of 0% autocallable securities due Jan. 29, 2021 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus an annualized redemption premium of 11.1% if each underlying index closes at or above the threshold level, 90% of its initial level, on any annual review date.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be the contingent minimum return of 33.3% unless either underlying index finishes below its threshold level. Investors will receive par if either index finishes below the threshold level but both indexes finish above the knock-in level, 70% of its initial price. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the least-performing index from its initial level.
