TD Bank to price leveraged buffered notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 24 – Toronto-Dominion Bank plans to price 0% leveraged buffered notes due Jan. 31, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus at least 165% times the index return. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 25% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 25%.

TD Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Jan. 26.

The Cusip number is 89114QKJ6.
