New Issue: JPMorgan prices $4.16 million trigger PLUS due 2019 linked to Stoxx 50

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 18 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.16 million of 0% trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due July 19, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 150% of the index gain.

If the index falls by up to 25%, the payout will be par.

If the index finishes below its 75% trigger level, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
