New Issue: RBC sells $454,000 barrier booster notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 8 – Royal Bank of Canada priced $454,000 of 0% barrier booster notes due Sept. 1, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index gains by more than 53%, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return.

If the index gains by up to 53%, the payout will be par plus 53%.

If the index falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses.
