New Issue: Deutsche Bank sells $49,980 call warrants linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 14 – Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch priced 714 call warrants expiring Aug. 7, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index at $49,980, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The warrants have a notional amount of $1,000 each, for an aggregate notional amount of $714,000. The issue price is $70.00 per warrant, or 7% of the notional amount. The minimum initial investment is 142 warrants, or $142,000.
The warrants will be automatically exercised on the expiration date. If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout will be $1,000 multiplied by the index return. If the final index level is less than or equal to the initial level, the warrants will expire worthless, and investors will lose their entire investments in the warrants.
