New Issue: JPMorgan prices $4.91 million contingent buffered notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.91 million of 0% contingent buffered return enhanced notes due Jan. 30, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.3 times the index return. If the index declines by up to 15%, the payout will be par. If the index declines by more than 15%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the final index level is less than the initial index level.
