New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $34.3 million digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx

Morgantown, W.Va., April 4 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $34.3 million of 0% digital notes due April 4, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the index return is positive or zero, the payout at maturity will be the greater of the threshold settlement amount and par plus the index return. The threshold settlement amount is $1,283 per $1,000 principal amount.
If the index return is negative, investors will be exposed to the index’s decline.
