Citigroup plans enhanced barrier digital plus notes tied to Euro Stoxx

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 10 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% enhanced barrier digital plus securities due Feb. 25, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to the barrier level, 80% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and the fixed return amount, which is expected to be 35% to 37% and will be set at pricing. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the index’s decline from its initial level.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
The notes will price Feb. 22.
The Cusip number is 17324CES1.
