Credit Suisse plans buffered return enhanced notes tied to Euro Stoxx

Tacoma, Wash., May 17 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% buffered return enhanced notes due June 21, 2017 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus two times the index return, up to a maximum return that is expected to be 17.3% and will be set at pricing. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 10% or less and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA are the agents.

The notes will price May 20.

The Cusip number is 22548Q6R1.
