New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $370,432 call warrants linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, Sept. 4 – Morgan Stanley priced $370,432 of European-style cash-settled call warrants expiring Aug. 28, 2018 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The 2,954 warrants have a notional amount of $1,000 each. The price is $125.40 per warrant, or 12.54% of the notional amount. The minimum purchase requirement is 80 warrants.
The warrants will be automatically exercised on the expiration date. If the index finishes above the initial index level, the cash settlement amount will be $1,000 multiplied by the index return. Otherwise, investors will lose their entire initial investments in the warrants.
