New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.76 million capped return enhanced notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, May 6 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1.76 million of 0% capped return enhanced notes due May 20, 2015 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of 24.6%.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
