New Issue: Goldman prices $2 million 10-year callable monthly range accrual notes linked to indexes

Chicago, Feb. 12 - Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $2 million of callable monthly index-linked range accrual notes due Feb. 13, 2024 linked to the Russell 2000 index, the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will accrue at 10% for each day that each index closes at or above 65% coupon barrier level. Interest is payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any index falls by more than 40%, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the losses of the worse performing index.

The notes will be callable at par on any interest payment date after one year.

Goldman Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.
