New Issue: Goldman prices $7.67 million callable monthly range accrual notes on Euro Stoxx

New York, June 26 - Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $7,669,000 of callable monthly Euro Stoxx 50 index-linked range accrual notes due June 27, 2028, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The interest rate will be the applicable interest rate multiplied by the proportion of days on which the index closes at or above 75% of the initial index level. The rate will be 8.3% for the first 60 months, 10.3% for the next 60 months and 12.3% for the final 60 months. Interest is payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par.

The notes will be callable at par on any interest payment date beginning on June 27, 2014.

Goldman Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.
