Barclays Bank plans seven-year CDs with cap linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, Nov. 6 - Barclays Bank Delaware plans to price certificates of deposit due Nov. 27, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a term sheet.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, up to a maximum return of 55% to 60%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
Barclays is the agent. Incapital LLC is the distributor.
The CDs will price on Nov. 22 and settle on Nov. 29.
The Cusip number is 06740AE96.
