New Issue: GS Finance prices $531,000 notes linked to S&P, Euro Stoxx, Russell

Tacoma, Wash., March 27 – GS Finance Corp. priced $531,000 of 0% basket-linked notes due Jan. 5, 2029 linked to an equally weighted basket comprised of the S&P 500 index, the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the basket return. If the basket return is zero or negative, the payout will be par.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
